Have a little one under the age of 3?
It's the best time in their life to evaluate their ability to crawl, walk, talk, learn, and play with others. The Early Childhood Intervention (ECI) program at PdN Children's is designed to identify developmental delays, if there are any, in children from birth to 3 years old. Children develop at different levels at different paces; this is natural. The earlier we can identify a delay in children, the better the outcome will be for their life.

ECI is staffed with professionals and case managers who work with parents to plan the best services based on their child's unique needs. The child gets the boost they need and parents get the necessary training. ECI professionals teach the whole family different activities to use in the days between sessions, which can take place several times a month depending on the family's needs.
Families participate in every step of the process.
ECI connects families to any help they might need in order to maximize their child’s potential and improve the quality of life for the whole family. Every family can benefit from getting their infants and toddlers tested as soon as possible. The ECI professionals at PdN Children's are ready to partner with families to help children reach their fullest potential!
Who can refer?
Parents can refer their own children. The evaluation is FREE, and no family will be turned away because of an inability to pay!
Services anywhere
Families receive services in their child’s natural environment. This can be at home, daycare, community center, or even online.
Holistic care
Professionals provide case management, physical, occupational, and speech therapies, nutrition assistance, hearing and vision screenings, and specialized skills coaching.
